Partner Integration

  • Ensure team co-ordinates with Pay-out Partner key personnel to acquire relevant technical information to begin the partner integration
  • Create/update/refine templates and documentation as per standard group project management methodology and agreed framework
  • Ensure that meetings are set up by the team with partners as well briefing sessions including all technical leads
  • Ensure that all requirements have been documented accurately by the team
  • Create/Update/Refine Documentation ensure that all process flows are accurately created for each partner
  • Key interface to tech dev teams to ensure that partner onboarding is being done accurately and timeously
  • Report and update on partner status daily, weekly and monthly

Relationship Management – Pay out Partners

  • Integral involvement in new business pitches and acquisition of pay-out partners which includes active participation in teleconference call and keeping abreast of the various stages of new pay-out partner engagement
  • Support the business developer with growing and developing existing pay-out partner relationships, which includes identifying and generating new business opportunities
  • Assist the business developer with compiling business plans, presentations and proposals for current and potential pay-out partners
  • Interact with pay out partners key personnel in resolving business-critical queries and or attending to pay-out requests
  • Build meaningful relationships with pay-out partners by providing an unrelenting high standard of customer service whilst ensuring a professional level of oral and written communication

Ongoing Admin of Pay out Partners

  • Support with attending to and/or resolving business-critical transaction queries.
  • Manage the lifecycle of the customer onboarding process which includes but is not limited to:
    • Legal and Compliance
    • Finance
    • Tech
    • Marketing
    • Operations
  • Compile and distribute product briefs to internal personnel/departments once a new Pay-out Partner service is due to be activated.

Team Management

  • Leading and Mentoring a team of business development administrators
  • Managing the lifecycle of partner development once engagement has been concluded by Key Account Management team
  • Ensuring that partner development is prioritized as per business requirements
  • Engaging all stakeholders for partner development and managing expectations and requirements
  • Ensure that all documentation is completed by the team pre-and post partner development
  • Managing and maintenance of Partner onboarding processes and documentation
  • Reporting on development of partners to key stakeholders
  • Agreeing to achievable timelines and delivering on the agreed timelines
